Day 9 - Welcome to Vancouver, BC!

Today we continued our journey north, into lovely Vancouver, BC. We had amazing weather for the drive up, and were able to view the snow-topped mountains of the Cascades.






Right when we crossed our border we saw a typical Canadian car on the road...



Our entire trip only took about 2.5 hours, and we made it to our destination around 2:30pm. The destination just happened to be a huge flat overlooking the harbor, where we were welcomed by Bernard's sister, Bridget, her boyfriend, Harold and their 3 year old daughter, Mireille.

After we settled in, we all headed out to do a bit of shopping, then to Hon's House of Noodles for dinner. We then came back to the apartment for some wine and cheese, before hitting the hay.
